Because our items are meticulously 3D-printed and often custom-made, we have specific guidelines regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Rights

Because our Goods are manufactured on demand, Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production or shipping has not already commenced.

To request a cancellation within this window, you must immediately contact us at advitfigures@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/phone at +91-7020731485. If the Order has already been printed or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Due to the highly detailed and custom nature of 3D-printed items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for a change of mind.

We only offer replacements or refunds under the following strict condition:

The Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to transit damage, you must record a clear, uncut unboxing video.

  1. The video must show the sealed package being opened from its original courier packaging.

  2. It must clearly capture the damage to the item as it is taken out of the box.

  3. You must send this video to us within 24 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the unboxing video is not provided, is edited, or if the damage claim is made outside the 24-hour delivery window.

Returning Authorized Goods

If we authorize a return for a defective or damaged item, we will provide you with specific instructions. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us unless otherwise stated by us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods further damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a final refund or send a replacement without actual receipt of the returned Goods.
